There are 5,000 weddings that happen every year within an hour and a half drive of the Tri-Cities. 1,800 weddings happen just in the Tri-Cities every year.* This means that several couples could be interested in the same date as you. If quality matters to you, knowing that you have a very important part of your day locked in will give you piece of mind.

Ultimately, as a company, The Dance Machine prefers to have time to plan, to fully understand your vision, and execute your vision as you wish. Six months out from your date is awesome!

This past season, several times on a few “hot dates,” this company had to let brides inquiring know that we were not available because of prior commitments with other couples. Telling a Bride that we are not available for her is the last thing that we want to do.

Last minute bookings still may be possible. It never hurts to check. Typically, The Dance Machine is booked out months in advance. If you have a last minute need, we’d love to try to accommodate you.

Currently we have select 2026 dates remaining and are actively scheduling for 2027.
